Procedural Law

As its name suggests, Procedural Law represents the rules governing proceedings, that is, all the rules governing the manner and extent to which laws are enforced. It generally seeks to settle disputes that have not been resolved amicably, through arbitration or proceedings before the competent courts or tribunals.

In addition, there are several subspecialties in procedural law depending on the type of case; in our law firm we have lawyers who are specialized in these different fields.
